The Digitals is a digital product studio based in Bucharest, Romania. This policy explains what personal data we collect through thedigitals.ro, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies only to this website, not to information collected offline or through other channels.

Project enquiries. When you use our "Start a conversation" form, we collect your name, email address, the business challenge you describe, and the response our system generates for you. We use this solely to prepare a quote and get back to you.

Direct contact. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message.

Log files. Like most websites, our hosting automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and pages visited. This is used for security and to keep the site running, and is not linked to your identity.

Project enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work together, and no longer than 24 months if we don't end up working together — unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
